What Slips into Memory
What Slips Into Memory is a 60-second mixed-media film combining original poetry, illustration, photography, and video collage.
Created as a tactile, handcrafted piece, the work explores the relationship between physical and digital mediums through layered imagery and experimental composition. The accompanying sound design and spoken poem reflect on memory, transition, and the experience of living through rapid cultural and technological change. At its core, the film considers how the world we grew up in continues to shift, and what it means to reconcile the past with an evolving present.
